Terrasse: The terrace furniture can accomodate up to 10 people. A big covered coal grill is at your disposal. The awning is there to give you shadow in case it's too hot and the sun is burning. The terrace is facing south and it is directly connected to the kitchen.
Plot: An electric gate with video interphone gives you access to the 1.100m fully closed plot. There is plenty of space to park up to 5 cars. The house is facing south and shelters you from the Mistral. The location is on the hills of the town and in a residencial area.
Children play area: Next to the terrace is a children play area with slide and swings. For the bigger children there is a ping pong table, goals, football, arch game, 2 rollers etc. Since the plot is totally closed you can relax and let your children play without worring. The pool is secured and can be opened only by adults.
