Is the house fully equipped? - Yes, the house is fully equipped, you do not need to bring anything except your personal belongings. A full list of equipement and amenities will be handed over at time of booking.
Are animals allowed? - We allow ONLY small dogs and only upon prior approval. An additional fee is asked for extensive cleaning. Other animals are NOT allowed.
What is the arrival/departure time? - Generally the rental of the villa is from Saturday 15.00h to the following Saturday 10.00h. Different timings of arrival can be agreed on if possible.
How many showers/wc does the house have? - On the ground floor is 1 separate toilet and one ensuite shower in the vine room. On the first floor is 1 separate toilet, 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower and toilet, as well as 1 ensuite shower in the rosemary room. A further toilet and shower are located in the poolhouse.
Bed linen and towels - Beds are made and a set of towels (1 small, 1 shower, 1 pool) are provided for every guest. This is icluded in the total price. It is possible to ask for a change of bed linen and towels in case of a second week rental (at a charge of 10 EUR per person).
